Brian Buck draws on more than a decade of uniquely refined skills developed while working at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office; Deere & Company; and Cowan, Liebowitz & Latman, P.C. As enabled by his experiences in the government, corporate and private practice arenas, Brian delivers perspectives targeted at providing the efficient, effective and ethical representation that clients expect and deserve when seeking intellectual property counseling.

Throughout his tenures as a patent examiner, agent and attorney, Brian has examined, prepared and prosecuted numerous patent applications in the mechanical, electrical and electro-mechanical arts, and is well-familiar and experienced with post-issuance proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, including reissuance and reexamination.

Particular areas of prior experience have included automotive and related manufacturing systems and devices, radio ratings and audience measurement services and products, imaging systems and devices, and medical devices. Brian is further knowledgeable about matters including patent litigation and licensing, and uses such knowledge to enhance the strength of patent portfolios held by clientele.
